The rally fee is $25 per person. And will be collected by the Hosts, during that weekend.

Camp sites are being held under the DOGWOOD name. Standard sites which are pull through are $58.00 a night Friday and Sat. and $48.00 Sunday -Thursday (all plus tax) and that is what is mostly close to the pavilion. We do have patio sites and they are $68 Friday and Sat and $58.00 Sunday -Thursday.
As of this post we have only a few coaches signed up.

After Dinner - Games inside rally room
Saturday 12/7
10:00 am - Brunch - provided by hosts
11:30 am - Group picture then Business Meeting

After Dinner - Gift exchange (please bring 1 wrapped gift per coach to participate in the gift exchange - suggested value for gift is $25)

Jean and I will be there; looking forward to seeing everyone! And please, please bring your ideas for rallies - this is our big planning event. If you know a great campground, big or small, let's go!
