Hello Dogwood! Welcome to 2021. We hope you are all well and staying safe.
There will be a Dogwood Rally at the Natural Bridge KOA the weekend of June 10-13, 2021, hosted by Patty & Henry Kuiken and Ed & Jean Herbert. We are looking into activities, in that area, that might interest you, such as the Virginia Safari Park, the Natural Bridge, wineries, breweries, shopping, and even a lavender farm (the lavender will be in bloom!). More information regarding a rally fee and activity plans will be posted later.
Unfortunately, the KOA does not hold sites. Apparently many of the sites are dependent on the size of the coaches because of the mountainous terrain.
If you are interested in attending the rally, you need to call now for a reservation. Your reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event with a refund of your deposit less a $10 cancellation fee.
There is no rally room, but we have permission to set up canopy tents on the road, next to the treeline, by sites 41-38. You may want to go online and see the KOA site map. The Kuikens and Herberts will be in sites 40 and 41 but you need to call for your own reservation.
