| Dogwood Christmas Rally 2021 |
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to You Party Animals!!
Your hosts, Mary Lou Dudziak, Jean and Ed Herbert, and Patty and Henry Kuiken, are very excited for the Christmas Rally this year! We have a game with lots of wonderful prizes, lots of yummy food, and enthusiasm! Don’t forget to bring your $25 wrapped gift (per rig) for the Yankee exchange on Saturday night. The rally officially begins on Friday, but if you plan on coming Thursday, please bring a heavy hors d’oeuvre to share for dinner.
**Please bring your own drinks (coffee, soda, wine, beer, etc.), dishes, napkins, and utensils to each event.
PLEASE NOTE: We are also asking for you to bring an appetizer for Friday or Saturday night.
THURSDAY:
5 p.m.: Pre-rally gathering in the club house. Please bring a heavy hors d’oeuvre to share.
FRIDAY:
5 p.m.: Appetizers in Club House provided by Alexander, Buelow, Cummings, Greene, Greenwood, Ham, Hill, McFarlane, and Meyer
6 p.m.: Dinner
Brunswick Stew, Caesar Salad, and Bread, followed by cake for dessert
After dinner Card Bingo (We have a lot of great prizes)
SATURDAY:
10:30 a.m.: Brunch in the club house
Eggs to order (thank you Berkley), Bacon, Muffins, Sausage/cheese/egg casserole, Tomato pie, biscuits and sausage gravy, baked apples, and juice. If there is leftover Brunswick stew, we will heat it up also.
Immediately following brunch, we will gather for a group photo. Please wear your Dogwood apparel if you have any.
11:30 a.m. (or thereabouts) Dogwood Business Meeting (See Note below). This is important – lots of business to cover and we will be planning rallies for next year! Afterwards, for those that would like we will have games in the club house: Rumikube, Cards, Bridge etc. Please feel free to bring additional games.
5 p.m.: Appetizers provided by Mimms, Nelson, Schoolar, Spiezio, Tenney, Thorpe, Tilman, Tyler, and Vreeland
6 p.m. : Dinner
Ham, pineapple/cheddar bake, green beans, potatoes (thank you Dale and Robi), and bread followed by pumpkin pie with whip cream.
After dinner: Yankee gift swap (don’t forget to bring your $25 wrapped gift per rig to participate)
SUNDAY:
8:00 – 9:00 a.m. Waffle breakfast, provided by the campground, in the rally room.
After breakfast, pack up and safe travels home.

Hello Dogwood Family,
The Dogwood Christmas Rally is coming up, so we wanted to send you some information on the rally.
If you haven’t reserved your site at Americamps, please do so ASAP. After 11/1/22 sites are available on a first come first served basis. Americamps: (804) 798-5298

The cutoff date for registering with Dogwood for the Christmas Rally is November 20, 2022.
Rally Fees: Rally fees will be $25.00 per adult and $10.00 for children under 12.
Please complete the registration form below and send it to Jean Herbert, along with a check made out to “Jean Herbert” (not Dogwood).
